What is
Lifeforce Energy?

Lifeforce and Qi energy provides the building blocks, elements, movements, patterns, rhythms, electric, chemical, biological signals (and more!).... that organize themselves with their innate wisdom and intuitive nature to find a steady balance within and without of the physical body! When in balance, we are full of vitality, vibrate and radiate brilliantly, we are strong, stable, and free of dis-ease in our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies.

Through treatments, sessions and completely unique/individualized programs, this state of well-being, vitality and balance of energy is the intention that I set and to aid in the removal of blockages/stagnant energy, adjustment of metabolism, decrease pain/inflammation, improved sleep and digestion and so many other positive changes at the cellular level.

I work using the Meridian System (sometimes along with certain acupressure points of stimulation or sedation), the 7 (or some believe in 12!) Chakras (disks of energy located in specific regions and correlate with organs, emotions, and experiences), The Auras (a multi-layered ring of energy that emanates from your body and interacts with the environment), the Facial lines/trains and the way the body and it’s muscles, bones and tissues move through the proper ranges of motion of a joint and eccentric/concentric phases of muscles contractions..... it’s a LOT!

Ultimately, Lifeforce Energy is a practice of well-being! It is a journey of You, through You! It is thoughts, feelings, emotions, sensations that present themselves as your TRUTH, BEAUTY, POWER and MAGNIFICENT LIGHT!
